Delivery and Handling

BrightSky Australia provides a convenient delivery service straight to your door. From the time you place your order, it will normally take between 3 and 10 working days for your delivery to arrive.

Alternative delivery address

If you are ordering products on behalf of someone else, you can nominate where you would like the products sent. This customised delivery service gives you flexibility to order on behalf of a client or someone you care for, however you will receive the invoice and other correspondence.

Discreet packaging

If you prefer, you can choose to have your goods delivered in discreet packaging. Please make sure you advise us at the time of placing your order by indicating your request on the checkout page. Alternatively, advise your customer support consultant if you place your order via phone, email or fax.
