Continence Aids Payment Scheme (CAPS)
The Continence Aids Payment Scheme (CAPS) is an Australian Government payment that assists eligible people who have permanent and severe incontinence to meet some of the costs of their continence products.

You can choose either an annual payment made at the start of each financial year, or a bi-annual payment in July and January each year.
Who is eligible for CAPS?
• be 5 years or older
• have permanent and severe incontinence (bladder or bowel) confirmed by a registered health professional
• have eligible neurological conditions, or other conditions as mentioned on the Department of Health and Aged Care website
• be an Australian permanent resident or citizen for as long as you receive the payment.
