Feedback and Complaints

If you would like to provide general feedback on how we can improve our services, please do so by using our online form. We really appreciate your feedback; feel free to share specifically what you would like us to do differently or any other ideas.

This form is used to capture customer feedback & complaints. If you require assistance completing this form please contact BrightSky on 1300 88 66 01.

To make a complaint:

  • You can make a complaint verbally to a BrightSky employee, providing them with a step by step account of the issue.
  • If your issue cannot be managed at the time, you may ask to speak with the manager of the service.
  • All product related complaints can be reported using our our online form, or directed to BrightSky Customer Support on 1300 88 66 01.
  • You can also make a written complaint by using our online form. Once your form is submitted, you will receive a successful acknowledgement and a print option, which can be downloaded via PDF for your records.

Additional information should you wish to make a complaint

As a recipient of BrightSky services, you have the right to raise your concerns and have them resolved quickly, to your satisfaction and without fear of retribution. Your complaint will be managed confidentially and in a timely manner.

Feedback provides us with an opportunity to learn and understand how to improve our services.
