- Promotion Period: The promotion runs from 12:00am AEST on Jan 1, 2026, to 11:59 pm AEDT on Jan 31, 2026.
- Eligibility: Australian residents are eligible to enter, where orders are for private use, and not for business to business orders. Employees and their immediate families associated with the Promoter are ineligible.
- Entry Method: Entrants must place orders online at brightsky.com.au or ndis.brightsky.com.au (for NDIS participants).
- Order Limit: Entries are limited to orders placed during the promotion period (multiple orders can be placed during the month and each order will have the chance to win). Submitted orders must have full payment made at time of order (or within 30 days for plan managed participant orders, or a successful service booking, or pace claim for agency managed).
- Prize Draw: The Promoter will draw the winners from the pool of paid orders on brightsky.com.au or ndis.brightsky.com.au. The winner will be announced at 12:00 pm AEST on Feb 27 2026, in NSW.
- Prize: The prize is a Pre-Paid Gift card valued at $500. The total prize pool is $2500.
- Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email and/or phone within 48 hours of the draw.
- Acceptance and Details: Winners must confirm acceptance and provide details within five (5) business days to receive their prize.
- Forfeiture: If a winner does not accept the prize or cannot be contacted, the Promoter will conduct a redraw from eligible entrants during the competition period.
- Prize Delivery: The prize will be posted within 1 week to the winner’s shipping mailing address or the participant’s shipping address if ordered via ndis.brightsky.com.au.
- Substitution: If the prize becomes unavailable due to reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, an equal or greater value prize may be substituted.
