Impervia Neosorb Superabsorbent Dressings quickly absorb and bind large amounts of wound exudate into its heart of superabsorbent polymers. The outer envelope is ultrasonically bonded (adhesive-free construction) increasing conformability and minimising risk of possible skin reactions.
